Drobo Dashboard v3.6.1 is now available. This release supports Thunderbolt and USB devices on M1 Macs.

In the interim, this Dashboard version can be downloaded as follows:
You may be prompted to boot into Recovery mode, unlock, enable access to the Kernel to allow signed apps access to the Kernel.
If you’re using an M1 Mac with Apple silicon, follow the appropriate steps to enter macOS Recovery mode:
Next, you may be prompted to adjust the security level:
NOTE:
There is a known issue that when a USB-connected Drobo is already on as the Mac is powered on or restarted, Dashboard may fail to discover the Drobo due to the driver not being loaded by the OS. The workaround is to reconnect the USB cable.
